He did a thorough, informal evaluation of the property, so we had a good idea of what we could expect, and the final sale came in only slightly above his value. He was a skillful negotiator in taking advantage of a second offer that came in, so we were not beaten down in the price during negotiations. And he carried off the whole operation in a way that minimized our hassle and gave us a great sales price within a couple of weeks of putting the house on the market. I don't see how anyone could have done a better job, and he was a pleasure to work with at every turn."
